We have two lives;
the second begins when
we realize we only have one.

-Confucious

Welcome to
Your ReVision

The ReVision practice is focused on guiding those who have traversed an arc of life’s journey and look forward to new perspectives as they move into the next chapter.

It is my calling to support the navigation of transitions, comprehend the arc of life that awaits, and clear the path forward.

The wilderness has served as my sanctuary for teaching, facilitation, and personal grounding for over 40 years. Beneath the forest's canopy, I have guided adults & elders, and supported wounded athletes & veterans to explore new ways forward.

... Heather will help you re-enchant your life on your own terms... she'll do so with strength, softness, humor, and reverence.  Expect her to be honest, to challenge you, and to lovingly support you on your path!

Curiosity. Courage. Confidence.

Life's intrapersonal crossroads ask us to show up with curiosity, courage, and confidence. Whether you are a young adult, middle-aged, an emerging or established elder, or facing a life-changing diagnosis or interruption, including menopause, I am committed to supporting you in this new chapter.

The practices I use are cross-disciplinary and complementary, with a focus on integrating the journey into a place of self-compassion, growth, and trusting our innate deep interior wisdom:

  • One:One Journey Work

  • Late Life & Elder Coaching

  • Life Transition Coaching

  • Wilderness Assisted Therapies

  • Hakomi Method: Assisted Mindful Somatic Inquiry

I work one-on-one and in groups, providing trauma-informed therapeutic support and integration experiences. To discover the best path forward, please...

Land Acknowledgment

I offer this work on unceded Pomo land in what is now commonly known as West Sonoma County, California, and unceded land of the Shasta, Modoc, Ajumawi/Atsuwegi, and Wintu in what is commonly now known as Mount Shasta.

It is with absolute reverence that I offer this prayer as part of the greater understanding and healing of these generational, environmental, and geographic places:

For 10,000 years footsteps walked this ground
For 10,000 years footsteps made no sound

Guide us down the path Lead us to the water
May our steps be light
May our steps not falter

Guide us down the path lead us to the water
May our steps bring life
May we walk in honor
