About the event

Building upon what started in January, this workshop is designed to carry us through the Spiral experience.

This is also the preparation for our small group and individual work being offered in person in April.

This Spiral Workshop introduces a mindful practice designed to move us through acknowledging and honoring life experiences in order to open into new ways of seeing our current reality. In a culture that does not assign value to aging it is up to us – all of us – to embrace and re-imagine what it means to grow older. In this active women’s circle workshop we will gather, learn to see each other with new eyes, and move through a transformative curriculum that supports depth and refreshing perspectives for all. Over four sessions, we will explore our current identities, griefs, joys, and aspirations by moving through the brilliant spiral work designed by Joanna Macy adapted to the aging and identity -building work of Reb Zalman and Lewis Richmond.

Pulling from over 30 years of experience that includes team building, wilderness therapy and rites of passage, somatic healing, later life coaching and integration of expanded experiences, I have developed this program to support personal growth and ReVisioning of the work of aging that invites living into the truth that we have a right to gratitude at all stages of life.

We will emerge with tools and practices to navigate life transitions including aging, grief, success, and freedom.

The small group dynamic is designed to create a sense of community and connectivity while we build upon these practices.

We will be thrilled with your participation.

This small group is limited to 8 participants, and a minimum of 4.
